But to gain extra muscle in your calf’s all you would need to do is lift heavy weights with low reps on your Calf’s. Like 8-9 Reps heavy weight. Then on the rest of your body you will do low weight with high Reps like 15-17 or you could just do push ups and crunches with your body weight to get toned,and other body weight worksouts (Pulls up, Dips, etc).
