I get that to accomplish this is not that easy Do you focus on losing the weight first? Or do you try go gain muscle and then lose the weight? My answer to that question is to gain muscle and lose weight all at the same time.

This type of dedication has helped me stay motivated even when I didn’t want to go to the gym. After working all day the last thing you want to do is go to the gym and start exercising.
