All top models and most popular movie stars have six pack abs. Considered as a Holy Grail of being fit, a defined midsection is one of the most coveted things to be sexy. A person is considered to be in great shape when he or she has defined and sexy abs to show off because your tummy is the last place where one lose his/her body fat.
Going on any gym these days, you will notice that most of them are focusing on the so called “core exercises”. Most trainers directs members to do crazy workouts on exercise balls which believed forces your body to stabilize itself by using its “core muscles”. These muscles supposedly will tone your abs if you concentrate on them during your workouts. What is funny is many people have been doing this for weeks and none of them are any closer to gaining their six pack abs.
Many also believed that floor exercises, such as crunches or sit-ups which focuses on your abdominal muscles, will give you a flat stomach. Other uses exercise machines which works your abs to its limit but still, very few are successful in gaining those six pack abs.
I have your coveted washboard abs and no, I’m not bragging. What I’m saying is that I have it NOW but not always. Back then, I also want to have a six pack abs and tried the above recommended ways but none of them work. Finally, a back injury helped me figure out the best way to get my dreamed abs! 5 years ago, I had a back injury and was unable to do crunches without feeling pain. I was in a dark mood for a long time as I had a planned vacation and was looking forward to the beach, the girls in their bikinis and my gorgeous abs to show off.
