6. Avoid drinking too much of the water before going to the bed because it will disturb your sleep at night. This is because more amount of water means more visit to urinal. So, just drink two ounces of water before going to the sleep if you feel thirsty. Make it a habit to go to the urinal before you to go to sleep.
7. Increase the physical activity. If you spend more time doing the physical activity, you will get very good sleep at the night.
